Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 06.10.2015 to the Registry seeking to post the writ petition under the caption 'for withdrawal' without liberty, now, when the matter is taken up, he seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file another writ petition if the respondents are not giving the benefits and also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
