This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No. 900 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16477 of 2020 on 02.02.2022 to report before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
