The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am., until completion of trial proceedings and he shall also appear before the trial Court for every hearing for a further period of two months without fail passed in Crl.O.P.No.7652 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that trial has been commenced and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
