ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(II)(B), 22(c), 25 and 29(1) NDPS Act 1985 of IPC in Crime No.2362 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 28.07.2021 secret informant gave to the petitioner by cell phone the identifies of the three persons who were selling cannabis while standing on a two wheelers at Moolakottalam Sudukadu. The A1 accused TN 02 BR 7004, A duke bike with a VIVO a cell phone and black gunny bag NITRAVET 10 in a cardboard box at the total tablets 9000 seized from A1 accused and TN 09 CU 6570 from dio Ahmed Iqbal a dio two wheeler containing black TYDOL tablets seized from A2 accused and the petitioner seized from only 2 kg cannabis. Hence this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner seized 2 kg cannabis and no previous case pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences involved in this matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
