This case came up for settlement before Lok Adalat. All the parties are present. Mr.F.Terry Chellaraja, Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel for the fourth respondent are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between all the parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows: AWARD This writ petition is for enforcement of the award of Rs.2,46,708 dated 21.09.2015, which is the subject matter of C.M.A.No.233 of 2016. Today, an award is passed on settlement in the above C.M.A.No.233 of 2016. Consequently, the learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement that he is withdrawing the writ petition in view of the settlement already arrived at in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

The Court fee paid shall be refunded to the parties in the manner provided under the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
