Crl.M.P.No.12243 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20005 of 2023 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the said court weekly once, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. till the framing of the charge sheet and thereafter during the court hearing dates by this Court in the order dated 28.11.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.18705 of in Crl.O.P.No.20005 of 2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is also completed.

3. Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
