Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to encroach upon the private lands of the petitioner which rightfully belongs to him and direct the respondents to remove the encroachments put up by them in the petitioners land comprised in Door No.1, Sri Moogambigai Street, Chennai-99, Paimash No.736 and R.S.No.6/8 of Kolathur village, T.S.No.21 in Block No.2 of Kolathur village having an extent of 1.70 acres.
