This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30.am for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20793 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
