ORDER

This civil revision petition seeks for speedy disposal of O.S.No.18 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Pochampalli.

2. When the civil revision petition came up for admission, I had called for a report from the learned District Munsif at Pochampalli. He has submitted a report dated 04.09.2024 stating that an application has been taken out under Order 9 Rule 7 CPC and the same is pending consideration.

3. In the light of the report that has been sent by the learned District Munsif, there shall be a direction to him to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In other words, the suit has to be disposed of on or before 30.04.2025.

The civil revision petition is, accordingly, ordered. No costs. 28.10.2024 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No sra To The District Munsif, Pochampalli.
