PRAYER:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent passed in Letter No.11172/UD4-1/2016-3 dated 11.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide approach road to petitioner property bearing Survey No.75/2C from Survey Nos.75/4A, 75/1E, 75/6, 75/A, 75/B, 75/5, 75/3 -30 feet approved road in Survey No.75/3 allotted for Park situated at Sriperumandur 'A' Block Village and Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to workout his remedy in W.P.No.17276 of 2018.
