This petition is filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the above appeal.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and prayed for dispensing with the notice to the first respondent.
3. Mrs.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent and submitted that she has no objection for condoning the delay.
4. In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, the delay of 69 days is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered.
