This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 372 days in filing the criminal revision petition Sr.No.35798 of 2025 as against the order dated 29.02.2024 made in MC.No.13/ 2023/A1 on the file of the respondent respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 372 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
