..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.4394/2017/Pa.Aa 7 dated 22.01.2018 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to revise the Scales of Pay of the Petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.71 (Finance) Pay Cell dated 26.02.2011 in accordance with the directions given in Para 51 (Vi) of the Judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Honble High Court in W.A.No.504/2013 dated 27.02.2014 with all consequential benefits such as revised pension arrears of pension in so far as the petitioners concern.
