This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the main revision petition arising out of the order dated 09.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.65662 of 2024 on the file of the Learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 64 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
