2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 09.07.2025, has granted bail to the petitioner subject to conditions. However, since the satisfaction Court in the petition has been wrongly mentioned as Judicial Magistrate, Redhills instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, the petitioner is unable to come out on bail and further, there is no Magistrate court in Redhills. 3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to substitute the name of the satisfaction Court as "Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, in the order dated 09.07.2025, wherever it occurs.
