This petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records in C.C. No.109 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Panruti, Cuddlore District and quash the same. 2.No representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) contended that trial has commenced in the instant case and out of 22 witnesses 20 witnesses have already been examined.
