This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are eight complaints pending against the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is required for enquiry.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate in the enquiry, but during enquiry, the police are demanding her to close down her business.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor refuted the allegations and submitted that at no point of time, the petitioner appeared before the police.
6. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the enquiry.
