.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to dispose of the representation dated 23.01.2019, pending before him within a time schedule as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the TANGEDCO.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, he is the owner of the property in Survey No.244/1F, 245. The respondents 1 and 2 with an intention to lay High Power electrical line through his land. Since the proposed electrical line pass through the middle of the land, he has given a representation to the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to alter the alignment. The said representation dated 23.01.2019 is pending. Hence, the writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that within four weeks the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2019 will be considered after hearing concern parties and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation within a period of four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. The respondents 1 and 2 shall enter upon the land only after disposal of the representation by the 3rd respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
