.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to dispose of the representation dated 22.02.2019, pending before him within a time schedule as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the TANGEDCO.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, She is the owner of the lands in Survey No.243/1F, 244/1C, 244/1E and 245. The 1st and 2nd respondents want to lay High Power Electrical line over her land. Exactly in the middle of her land. So she gave a representation to the 3rd respondent to change the alignment. Till date no orders passed on her representation. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that within four weeks the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2019 will be considered after hearing the concerned parties and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation within a period of four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. The respondents 1 and 2 shall enter upon the land only after disposal of the representation by the 3rd respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
