2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that a complaint was lodged with reference to the property, which is governed by a decree of the Civil Court.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that as a matter of fact, appeal suit is pending between the parties and the petitioner's appearance before the respondent - Police is no more required.
