ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025 seeking transfer from Nagapattinam Government Medical College and Hospital to Tiruneveli Government Medical College and Hospital or any other Government Medical Institution in Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has sent representation on 20.01.2025 seeking transfer from Nagapattinam Government Medical College and Hospital to Tiruneveli Government Medical College. It is the further contention of the petitioner that she is a single mother, therefore, her presence at Tirunelveli would enable her minor child to have better education and safe environment.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the

respondents would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025 on its own merits.

4. In view of the above fact, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
