This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filling the revision petition in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.38563 of 2025 against the order dated 17.03.2025 passed in C.M.P.No.892 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 43 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
