This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the Final Report in C.C.No.9401 of 2017 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate CCB Cases and CBCID (Metro Cases), Chennai. 2.The points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners are factual in nature and it has to be adjudicated only before the Trial Court and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 3.Since the case is of the year 2017, the learned Magistrate may conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably complete it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
