C.M.P.No.20639 of 2021 in S.A.SR.No.13226 of 2018 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 760 days in paying deficit Court fee Rs.4210/- 2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, original Court fee for Second Appeal was Rs.826/- and that was paid. As per the Amended Court Fee Act, Court fee to be paid is Rs.5000/- and therefore there is delay in paying the deficit Court fee.

3.Considering the reasons and accepting the reasons stated by the appellant, delay of 760 days in paying deficit Court fee Rs.4210/- is condoned.

4.Accordingly petition in C.M.P.No.20639 of 2021 in S.A.SR.No.13226 of 2018 is allowed.
