This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram to complete the trial of C.C.No.177 of 2010 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Tamabaram.

2. Taking into account of the fact that the proceedings in C.C.No.177 of 2010 are pending before the trial 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court from the year 2010 onwards and also the stage of the case that 10 out of 15 witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No. I, Tambaram shall make endeavour to complete the trial in C.C.No.177 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
