The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to ensure that the 6th respondent renders effective assistance in taking physical possession of the property and complies with the orders passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet in C.M.P.No.4188 of 2022 dated 07.06.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 4 to 6 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with the assistance of the 6th respondent-Police, the petitioner had already taken possession of the subject property.

4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 25.07.2025 ms 3/5
