Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend further time for complying the conditional order dated 21/06/2019 in Crl.M.P.No.7844/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.578 of 2019 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.K.SRIRAM, ADVOCATE FOR M/S.S.VIJAYAGANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ARUN ANBUMANI, ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the conditional order at the time of grant of interim stay has been complied with and the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.3,12,500/- [Rupees Three Lakhs Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Only] to the credit of the 1st respondent/Wife. The petitioner shall continue paying an amount of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only] per month to the respondents as directed by this Court. Post the matter after two weeks.
