Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and to pass appropriate orders to cancel the sale deed bearing D.No.1377/2020 dated 17.03.2020 on the file of the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2021 before the second respondent to pass appropriate order.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and to pass appropriate orders to cancel the sale deed bearing D.No.1377/2020 dated 17.03.2020 on the file of the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2021.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent as against the execution of sale deed by the respondents 5 to 8 and it is pending for enquiry. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 to 8 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2021 and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
