ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is to bring on record the proposed 4th respondent as respondent in the appeal being the legal heir of deceased original respondent No.1, Y.K.Mohan Rao.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the application is allowed.

3. Amendment be carried out within one week.

4. Sri.Babu states that he will appear for the newly added respondent as well and undertakes to file vakalatnama within two weeks. Statement accepted.
