Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the complaint dated 31.10.2016 lodged against the petitioner was closed as the parties have entered into a settlement among themselves. A copy of the memorandum of settlement is also enclosed to that effect.
