2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

Though respondents have been served, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 206 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.99163 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Regisry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
