This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the the 3rd respondent to take further action vide order dated 07th October 022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in CMP No.3295 of 2022, and to register the first Information Report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for the permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and to file a fresh petition challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in CMP No.3295 of 2022 dated 07.10.2022.
