ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations dated 14.07.2021 and 01.09.2021, which was sent by the petitioner to cancel the patta bearing No.324 granted in favour of the second respondent herein in respect of the petitioner's property to an extent of 1.04 acres comprised in Survey No.42/2E, Aandiyur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to issue fresh patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the said property.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.07.2021 and 01.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the second respondent and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
