This petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to release the interest accrued on the amount deposited by the petitioners before the 2nd respondent, is not maintainable.

2. Let necessary application be filed before the concerned Magistrate Court seeking payment of the interest and thereafter, further proceedings can be initiated.

3. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
