.. Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue the salary and allowance from 15.5.2005 to 7.5.2007 (i.e., 716 days).

ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she was placed under suspension on account of initiation of the disciplinary proceedings. The order of suspension was issued on account of the pendency of a criminal case.

2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the criminal case against the writ petitioner was ended with an order of acquittal and even thereafter, the period of her suspension has not been regulated as duty.

3. The respondents have not taken any decision in respect of the regularisation of the period of her suspension.

4. The writ petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to the third respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is submitted, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
