Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 17.06.2025 in Memo No.356/BCDFGISSSV/2025 against the petitioners Husband namely Prasanth @ Prasanth Kumar, male aged 27 years S/o. Aridoss who is confined at Central Prsion, Puzhal and setaside the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenue before the Honble court and set him at liberty For Petitioner :

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 25.07.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4509, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department.
3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.
4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
