ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to entrust the case in crime No.1051 of 2020 to any other investigation agency to conduct further investigation in respect of crime No.1051 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after registration of the case, so far, they have examined five witnesses and are about to complete the investigation. In this circumstances, transferring the case to the another investigation agency will delay the entire investigation. 4.Considering the above, instead of transferring the case to another agency, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the 1st respondent is directed to ensure that the Second respondent complies with the direction issued by this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
