Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to implement the judgment of the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.A.No.426 of 2007 dated 13.11.2009 in so far as the petitioners herein and pay the consequential benefits payable to late Alagar Samy, the husband of the first petitioner herein, by considering the representation of the first petitioner dated 10.04.2015, 17.03.2017, 15.01.2021, 16.02.2024 and 12.06.2025. O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed for the sake of implementation of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court passed in W.A.No.426 of 2007 dated 13.11.2009. 2.The petitioners cannot have another writ petition to execute the order of earlier writ petition, and they must only file an application for contempt. Hence, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition.

3.In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
