This petition is filed to condone the delay of 248 days in filing the restoration petition in W.P.No.9362 of 2014 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 12.02.2017.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 2,500/-(two thousand five hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 27.12.2021 failing which, the order shall stands automatically cancelled without any further reference of this Court.
