Considering the prayer sought for in this revision, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary. 2.The said proceeding has been launched by the petitioner seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty. From the E-Courts extract that has been produced, it is seen that the matter is being adjourned time and again without any progress.
