(CR.NO.417/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19080 of 2021 on 08.10.2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and pass such further other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KALAISELVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19080 of 2021 on 08.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
