ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to secure the second respondent immediately as per the order dated 16.9.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.10597 of 2016 and produce the second respondent before the III Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent came to be arrested on 21.12.2016 itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Since the second respondent was already arrested, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
