The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.09.20201 for the offences under Sections 417, 376 and 313 of IPC in Crime No.22 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, seeks bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.
