The complaint been received against the petitioner been registered by the respondent police in C.S.R.No.465 of 2024 which requires enquiry, since the complainant suspected that the signature has been obtained in some papers with the help of Court Bailiff.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner was summoned to appear on 29.07.2024 to verify the veracity of the complaint given against him. If the petitioner appear and give his explanation, the CSR registered against him will be disposed of in accordance with law.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner herein to appear before the respondent police on 17.08.2024, on his appearance, necessary enquiry be made in accordance with law and proceed further.
