PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent to conduct adequate enquiry on F.I.R.No.RC0322020A0016 dated 14.12.2021 and file their final report within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct enquiry in F.I.R.No.RC0322020A0016, dated 14.12.2021 and file a final report.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said F.I.R on 14.12.2021, no final report is filed till date.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of six weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
