This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.345 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case in Crime No.345 of 2012 was closed. Similarly, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.345 of 2012 was closed and a referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.29 of 2016 was also filed before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, to that effect.
