Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the review application. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

Mr.Justice N.Kirubakaran, Former Judge of this Court as an Administrator of the Tamilnadu Minkazhaga Thozhilalar Munnetra Sangam. The learned Administrator, appointed by this Court, had expressed certain reservations. Hence, this Court is inclined to appoint Mr.Justice D.Hariparanthaman, Former Judge of this Court residing at No.2, First Main Road, Kamaraj Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai -600 041. (Mobile No.9445024040) as an Administrator in the place of Mr.Justice N.Kirubakaran appointed vide order dated 23.06.2025.
