(CRIPME NO.03/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in paragraph 6 of the order dated 26.08.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.14174 of 2021 and pass such further order orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DHAYALESWARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 26.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
