The suit is still at the pre-service of notice stage. By this application, the plaintiff seeks to amend the address of the defendant. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the plaintiff ascertained the current registered office address of the defendant from the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Consequently, this request for amendment.

2. Upon considering the reasons set out in the affidavit and on examining the document from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, this application is liable to be allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 14.10.2024.
