As against the order of Writ Court, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that they have preferred Writ Appeal and in CMP.No.419 of 2022 notice has been ordered to the petitioner herein also. When the Writ Appeal has been already initiated, it would not be appropriate to parallelly proceed with the Contempt Petition or keep it pending. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedies subject to the out come of the Writ Appeal in order to secure the ends of justice. 2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to work out his remedy subject to the final out come of the Writ Appeal.
